GO, DOG. GO!

Book and Lyrics by Steven Dietz and Allison Gregory
Music by Michael Koerner
Based on the Book by P.D. Eastman

P.D. Eastman’s classic children’s book comes to life on stage in an exploration of movement, color and space. The dogs delve into life with gusto, creating a visual spectacle for the audience to feast upon. They snorkel. They howl at the moon. They ride a Ferris wheel. They sing and dance and climb trees. This is a rollicking free-for-all of chicanine-ery. A big and little musical world of doggy fun. Like a pop-up book that comes to life – and never stops. Photos by Michael Brunk | NWlens.com

PRODUCTION BIOGRAPHIES

Tadd Morgan (MC Dog) is elated to be working at SSR! He was last seen onstage at Annex Theatre in Scotto Moore’s Balconies. He has also performed with numerous Seattle companies including Seattle Musical Theatre, Twelfth Night Productions, The Schoolyard, Open Circle Theater, Balagan Theatre, Theater Schmeater, SIS Productions and Pork Filled Players. His voice can be heard in web commercials and an audio book. He has also voiced characters in several video games, most notably Lakitu in Mario Kart 7 and 8.

Kelsey Hull (Green Dog) is howling with joy to be a part of such a fun and silly show. She's a local area actress seen recently in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive Ostrovsky) and The Who's Tommy (Mrs. Walker) both at Seattle Musical Theatre. She's excited to be making her SecondStory Rep debut with such a fun cast. Kelsey also teaches in Seattle with Seattle's Littlest Performers. "This one's for you Amy. You will always be with me, on and off the stage."

Sebastian Floyd Hulburt (Red Dog) is just so happy to be returning to the SSR stage. It's really the best. Some favorite past credits include but are not limited to Chess (Anatoly), Sweeney Todd (Sweeney), and Romeo & Juliet (Tybalt). When not performing he enjoys long walks down the beach, the rule of three, and oxford commas. Thanks to Metro for existing and you for the same reason. Enjoy the show!

Adrienne Baltz (Hattie/Spotted Dog) is delighted to return to SRR, and is super stoked to do her first Theater for Young Audiences production! Recent credits include, Nadine in The Wild Party (Sound Theatre Company), Grace Farrell in Annie (Lyric Light Opera), Young Frankenstein (Seattle Musical Theatre). And as always, Bones to Zippy!

Rebecca Lane (Blue Dog) has what could be a considered a dog obsession. She loves big dogs and little dogs, and especially her own corgi dogs. She has played a cat in the past (in SSR's Bunnicula) and is excited that the time has come to play her true favorite animal. Other previous theaters include: Seattle Musical Theatre (Tommy, A Christmas Carol) and Twelfth Night Productions (You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Anything Goes). Thanks to M&D, Novio, and, of course, Missy and Normy for all the support and patience!
